
Diminishing remnant bushland means suburban gardens are now an essential part of the territory inhabited by koalas and other native animals.
Koalas can climb most fences and often must cross yards to reach other nearby eucalypts, so even if you have no food trees on your property, it does not mean koalas won't be passing through.
